Job Description

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Analyzeclient requirements and translate them into course design for effectivelearning.

·        Designthe Course Outline as per the learning objectives and develop training materialmeeting the same.

·        Developingthe Storyboards for technical and non-technical courses (ILT & WBT).

·        Experience in Simulation,Technical, Management and Soft skills related courses.

·        Createcourse content structures for online courses (WBTs/CBTs) after understandingclient requirements.

·        Creatingcontent that would be transformed into learning programs.

·        Createcontent for K-12 and Corporate Training Course ware.

·        Write scripts for videos, animations, andinteractive learning scenarios.

·        Reviseand rewrite content to shape it for learning needs.

·        Visualize the ideas to be pen down beautifully.

·        Creating storyboards and content by using andapplying the most appropriate ID theories and methodologies.

·        Reviewcourse content during analysis, design, and development stages for soundpedagogical and instructional design practices and recommend improvements andrevisions to course content.

·        Research,analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT.

·        Workingwith different types of input material to create instructional content.

·        Applyvarious Instructional strategies, models and theories for content development.

·        Usetemplates in developing instructional materials.

·        Effectivelyutilized instructional design theories and models.

·        Knowledge of courseware development tools suchas Captivate, Articulate, Lectora etc.

·        Beaware ofeLearning standards, processes and industry standards, such as AICC,SCORM & Section 503.

·        Interactwith the development team for the design and integration of the trainingprograms.

·        Experiencein managing the project processes and team, ensuring project delivery in thebudgeted cost, defined schedule and quality.

·        Research and keep abreast of evolvinginstructional design standards and innovations.
